Job Summary
Communicate and deliver the vendor’s value proposition to Jenne’s existing and new reseller base, inside & outside sales teams selling Extreme Networks- software driven networking solutions.
Duties/Responsibilities
- Onboard, enable, and train new and current reseller partners.
- Develop and execute business plan for Extreme Authorized business within region.
- Lead, drive, and execute all Business Development initiatives within region.
- Establish and maintain relationships with all Extreme Authorized reseller partners within region.
- Plan, execute, and attend partner training and Business Development events within region.
- Collaborate with Jenne and Extreme Networks management to streamline and strengthen onboarding and enablement processes.
- Understand product road maps and communicate key elements.
- Participate in quarterly business reviews with Extreme Networks’ management team.
- Understand go-to-market strategies, category trending, and competitive information.
- Establish relationships and regular communication with Extreme Networks
- Tracking and reporting of activity utilizing CRM and other tools
- Responsible for a minimum of 100 business development calls per week or 5 hours talk time per week.
- Main point of contact for Extreme Networks programs
- Provide expert knowledge and support for resellers and Jenne sales.
- Engage with key resellers using a combination of onsite visits, video conferences, audio conferences, and trade shows.
- Responsible for developing high potential partners within region.

- Bachelor’s degree in business/marketing/sales preferred.
- Minimum of 2 plus years of sales or business development experience
- Product background knowledge of telephony, headsets, and unified communications a plus
- Ability to travel up to 20% percent of the time.
- Ability to lift 10lbs.
- Ability to sit at a computer terminal for extended periods of time.
- This position is essential, and the employee must be physically in attendance at their designated workstation at our headquarters or home office location during normal business hours designated for this position.
