INVENTORY & 340B COMPLIANCE COORDINATOR
Jericho Road Community Health Center is actively seeking a Inventory & 340b Compliance Coordinator. This position is full-time, within the Pharmacy Department, working at our 184 Barton location.

Responsibilities:
- Work with the entire pharmacy team to ensure 340B compliance by assisting with inventory management and supporting the 340B Compliance Manager
- Ability to adhere to professional code of ethics, and compliance to 340B, HRSA, federal and state regulations
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives with the 340B Compliance Manager
- Actively participates in decision-making processes as related to inventory management and 340B compliance
- Receive daily drug orders and reconcile out of stock items with the pharmacy technicians
- Manually input wholesaler invoices into pharmacy software system
- Maintain drug on hand counts through monitoring and correcting inventory discrepancies
- Maintain inventory on hand as determined by pharmacy budget
- Oversee the correct storage and disposal of medications within pharmacy areas, including management of expired drugs.
- Process drug recalls with proper documentation and procedure
- Support the pharmacy team with return to stock procedure
- Work with 340B Compliance Manager to reduce and minimize drug cost, through price monitoring, alternative selections and optimizing competitive contract ordering
Qualifications:
- Minimum two to five years of experience in healthcare and/or 340b Pharmacy preferred
- Experience working with inventory management preferred
- Must have great attention to detail, be intuitive and self-directed
Rate: $22.00 an hour. Individual compensation is based on various factors unique to each candidate, including skill set, experience, qualifications, and other position related components.
