General Duties May Include:
- Greet customers in a timely, friendly manner. Let customers waiting in line know they will be helped soon.
- Perform walk around with customer at time of check-in and present a service menu of recommended maintenance services to every service customer.
- Obtain customer and vehicle data.
- Advise customers on the care of their cars and the value of maintaining their vehicles per manufacturers' specifications, using maintenance menus.
