We are looking for a Floating General Manager in the Rock Hill / York Area. Training will start immediately. This position can turn into a permanent GM role with bonuses once you prove yourself. Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day operations
- Maintain budgets and optimize expenses
- Truck orders and inventory
- Ensure employees work productively and develop professionally
- Oversee recruitment and training of new employees
- Provide solutions to issues (e.g. profit decline, employee conflicts, loss of business to competitors)
Skills
- Proven experience as a General Manager or similar executive role
- Excellent communication skills and customer service
- Outstanding organizational and leadership skills
- Problem-solving aptitude
