Jersey Mike's Subs at Falconbridge is hiring great people with positive energy to take great care of our customers. Restaurant experience is helpful, but definitely not required. Attitude is everything! Base pay is $9-$12/hour, depending on experience, but after cash and credit card tips, everyone makes $13-$17/hour. Full-timers get $100 per paycheck ($2600/year) as a healthcare stipend. We will teach you exactly how to make the best sub sandwich on the planet, and how to run a restaurant! This could start out as a part-time job, but turn into a rewarding career. We want crew members to become shift leaders, shift leaders to become managers, and managers to become owners.
