The Marketing Shift Leader plays a key role in promoting the restaurant's brand, driving sales through local marketing initiatives, and leading by example during daily operations. This position combines leadership on the floor with fun, creative outreach efforts to attract new guests and retain loyal customers with the opportunity for immediate growth into Assistant Manager and/or General Manager.

Key Responsibilities
Marketing & Community Engagement
- Support and execute local marketing campaigns, fundraisers, and community events.
- Create engaging social media posts and promotional content that reflect the brand's voice and values.
- Build relationships with local schools, businesses, and organizations to promote catering and store awareness.
- Track marketing results and provide feedback on campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure all in-store promotions are current, visible, and well-presented.
- Lead by example during shifts, maintaining high standards for customer service, food quality, and cleanliness.
- Motivate and coach team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences.
- Ensure shift goals are met, including sales targets and operational checklists.
- Support the training of new team members in both operations and guest engagement.
- Handle cash control, deposits, and opening/closing responsibilities as assigned.
- Model "Above & Beyond" guest service every shift.
- Ensure guests leave happy and eager to return.
- Encourage team members to interact with guests and share promotions or local marketing initiatives.
- Must be at least 18 years old
- License and transportation required.
