What You’ll Do
As a Shift Leader, you will:
- Lead and motivate the team during your shift to deliver outstanding service
- Assist with scheduling, training, and coaching crew members
- Oversee daily store operations including cash handling, inventory, and food safety
- Ensure the restaurant is clean, organized, and meets all health standards
- Step in to handle customer concerns promptly and professionally
- Support management with opening and closing tasks
- Maintain a positive, team-first environment
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a leadership role preferred but not required; we provide training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable transportation and consistent availability, including nights and weekends
- Positive attitude and passion for delivering excellent customer service
