Performs all maintenance functions to ensure safe, clean, comfortable and functioning patient rooms and interior/exterior environment. Responsible for maintaining all equipment, monitoring work orders and adhering to all regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
- Thorough knowledge of supplies, equipment, ordering process.
- Excellent mechanical aptitude.
- 3 to 5 years Maintenance experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient computer skills including but not limited to Microsoft Office and Google Suite platforms.
Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Preferred:
- Previous maintenance experience in a healthcare environment is preferred.
- Painting, plumbing, mechanical, heating/ac experience.
- High School diploma, general equivalency diploma (GED), and/or GED equivalent programs.
- Ability to direct staff and keep projects on schedule.
Licenses and Certifications Preferred:
- Black Seal Boiler License.
