Personal Trainer

We are seeking a motivated and passionate Personal Trainer who is dedicated to transforming lives through exercise. At Jersey Strong, our Personal Trainers deliver exceptional customer service by providing fun and effective personal training sessions. With a deep understanding of exercise programming and a commitment to professional development, our Personal Trainers are dedicated to ensuring our members receive the best fitness experience in the Garden State.

Compensation:

• Hourly base rate of $16 to $24 per hour
• Monthly session volume bonus of up to $10 per hour
• Annual earnings ranging from $25,600 to $60,000 based on performance
  
  
  

Responsibilities:

• Develop strong relationships with members by booking consultations, fitness assessments, and mini-workouts
• Conduct new member fitness appointments
• Deliver safe, fun, and effective 30 and 60-minute personal training sessions
• Provide exceptional customer service to all members and clients
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Full-time availability
• Preferred knowledge and experience in the fitness industry
• Preferred current N.C.C.A. or N.B.F.E accredited Personal Training certification
• Goal-oriented and driven to achieve personal and professional goals
• Enthusiastic advocate of fitness and exercise
• Excellent verbal communication skills
