Job Description

Limited sales experience preferred!

We are seeking a result-driven Retail Sales Associate responsible for all sales job duties, from generating leads to closing sales.

Sales Associates' duties and responsibilities include working with customers to determine their needs, answer their questions about our products and recommend the right solutions. Retail Sales Associates should be able to resolve customer concerns and ensure maximum customer satisfaction promptly. To be successful as a Retail Sales Associate, you should stay up to date with product features and maintain our store's visual appearance to high standards.

Ultimately, the duties of a Retail Sales Associate are to achieve excellent customer service and professionalism, while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Duties/Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assess customer needs, provide assistance, and information on product features.
• Welcome customers to the store and answer their queries.
• Follow and achieve the department’s sales goals monthly, quarterly, and yearly.
• “Go the extra mile” to drive sales.
• Maintain in-stock and presentable condition assigned areas.
• Continue maintaining knowledge of products offered and discuss available options.
• Process POS (point of sale) purchases.
• Team up with co-workers to ensure proper customer service.
• Build productive trusted relationships with customers.
• Comply with inventory control procedures.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.

Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit, walk, stand, bend, squat, climb, kneel, and twist on an intermittent or continuous basis.
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Experience/Education

• High School Degree or equivalent (Required)
• No sales experience is necessary
• Valid driver’s license
• Clean driving record

Job Type: Full-Time; Salary; Monday thru Saturday

Pay: Salary plus commission, Comprehensive Benefits Package Available, including Employee Discounts and Paid Time Off without a waiting period!
