Working as a Shift Leader or Assistant Manager at Jets Pizza is the perfect way to continue your leadership development with valuable experience in customer service, food preparation, and personnel management. We value our employees and offer a positive and encouraging environment with many opportunities for career advancement! Base hourly wage range from $17 for crew up through the mid $20's for management.. Tips from all pickup orders are shared by the interior staff including management; this ranges from $2.90 to $5 per hour. Total compensation range, base tips, for shift leadership and management is $21 and up, hourly.

NOTE- This is a running hiring announcement, from which we will screen applicants for one vacant store leadership position. Wage and position will be determined by the experience and qualifications you bring to the table. The onboarding process includes paid e-training, on-the-job training and evaluation, and a two month probationary period.

Responsibilities

• Supervise team of retail sales workers
• Lead the pizza making and quality control process
• Adjust daily schedule for shift personnel to ensure optimal efficiency
• Train and evaluate employees
• Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
• Resolve escalated customer complaints
  
  

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, customer service, or other related fields
• Pizza experience is preferred but not required
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and communication skills
• Strong leadership qualities
