Description:
Overview: Provide excellent organizational, clerical, and computer skills to assist the program directors at both Gan Tamar and Gan Rimon campuses in maintaining program paperwork. Utilize strong written and oral communication skills to support the directors in providing consistent and timely communication to Child Care families. This is a full-time position.
General Responsibilities:
- Maintain up-to-date files for program staff and enrolled children including Health records.
- Ensure all enrolled families have compliant enrollment forms and are added to online groups.
- Maintain and Manage Incident/Accident Report Forms.
- Create and Maintain CACFP food logs.
- Assist in maintaining ECE employee files, ensuring all required clearances and CPR training are up to date.
- Provide tours and in-takes for new enrollment.
- Maintain a current waitlist update forms.
- Create and Maintain attendance documents.
- Assist director in making admissions phone calls and in filling classroom openings.
- Assist director in regular family communications through phone calls, e-mails, and Tadpoles
- Assist director in maintaining current documents, including updating Family and Staff Handbooks.
- Maintain and create fobs and cards for all families.
- Provide classroom breaks and assistance as needed.
- Provide support for all Early Childhood written documents and communications.
- Provide excellent customer service to ECE families, JCC members, guests, and staff by adhering to the JCC Code of Conduct and the JCC Core Values.
- Positively and actively, promote the JCC’s mission, membership, programs, events and charitable purpose to JCC members and the public.
- Any other tasks as assigned.

Skills and Qualifications:
- High School Diploma
- Three years of Administrative Assistance experience
- Outstanding computer skills, specifically with Word and Excel. Experience using
- Daxko is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Patience, empathy, and a genuine interest in the well-being of children.
- Able to sit at desk and computer for long periods.
