POSITION SUMMARY
PLAN (People Living Active Now) in Dallas, Texas is an accredited Clubhouse Model organization that operates according to Clubhouse International standards and is a program of Jewish Family Service of Dallas. This PLAN Clubhouse is geared toward recovery support for individuals with mental health challenges. It is a vital and highly interactive location that offers a place of belonging and a launch pad for those who are committed to living well, self-sufficiently and independently.
The Clubhouse Staff Generalist works with a team of Staff Generalists and PLAN members to follow a “work ordered day program” preparing meals, completing administrative tasks, preparing and completing PLAN projects, gardening, participating in field trips, etc. This professional works one-on-one with members in goal setting, assists with health and wellness activities of daily living, and acts as an employment coach for assigned employment partnerships. Qualifications

- Preferably have a Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience in mental health field or related field
- Have a valid Texas driver’s license and maintain a clean driving record
