Pay Rate: $15.60 Hourly
Part Time 15-20 hours per week
GENERAL SCOPE: Provides assistance in all dietary functions including, but not limited to, diet orders, menus, resident visits, admission and discharge procedure with current applicable federal, state and local standards, guidelines and regulations, with our established policies and procedures, and as may be directed by the clinical nutrition team.
EDUCATION / QUALIFICATION: Two (2) years of high school required. Must have appropriate work permit.

Essential Functions
- Visits residents and assists them with daily menu selection.
- Collects, processes and checks resident menus for compliance and adequacy within dietary restrictions.
- Performs tallies for cooks of menu items
- Additional clerical responsibilities as determined by the team.
- Cooperates with staff of other departments in performing job duties.
- Promotes clean, safe and neat environment for residents, self and staff.
- Maintains confidentiality of residents’ personal and medical record information
- All other job duties as assigned.
