What are the responsibilities and job description for the Internet Sales Coordinator position at Jim Butler Auto Group?
Jim Butler Auto Group is looking for a driven, self-motivated, highly organized individual with great communication skills to join their BDC team. This position is incentive based. The BDC Agent would be responsible for generating appointments with customers that contact the dealership via the internet and by phone to purchase new and pre owned vehicles. The BDC Agent must be able to respond in a prompt and precise manner and must be able to operate the company’s CRM software. Also needs to be able to work until 6 pm on some weeknights and be available to work on some Saturdays. Previous experience is highly preferred, but not required.
Job Duties and Qualifications:
· Generate Sales Appointments
· Respond to internet inquiries quickly and accurately
· Input all customer data into the CRM
· Be able to navigate the dealerships CRM system
· Perform any other job related duties as assigned
· Strong written and verbal communication skills
· Must be able to handle a high volume of inbound and outbound sales calls, internet leads, and follow up lists
· Ability to work as a team in a fast paced environment
· Strong organizational and time management skills
