The Coleman family has been selling and servicing cars in the Washington-Metropolitan, and Bethesda areas since the 1950s. Mr. William Coleman, founder of Coleman Automotive, had a vision of establishing a dealership with a higher level of class and superior level of service. He believed that Bethesda residents and Washingtonians alike possessed higher expectations of retailers. He was ahead of his time, striving to deliver a unique, customer-focused car buying experience. We are a local leader in automotive retail, looking to add qualified professionals to our team. We are a family-owned and operated automotive group seeking a motivated Groundskeeper to join our team. *Monday to Friday from 7:30AM-4:30PM*

What You'll Do:

• Perform trash removal throughout the dealership grounds and service areas
• Assist the Facilities Manager with a variety of maintenance and repair tasks
• Help clean and maintain all service department areas, including bays and waiting areas
• Regularly monitor the parking lot for trash, debris, and general tidiness
• Maintain the landscaping, including flowers, grassy areas, and walkways
• Support the general upkeep of our dealership to ensure a clean, welcoming environment for all customers and staff

What We're Looking For:

• Dependable, punctual, and ready to work with a positive attitude
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Willing to perform physical tasks such as lifting, bending, and outdoor work
• Previous experience is a plus but not required
• Must have valid driver's license
