Job Summary

Jim Davis Restoration Services is an IICRC certified firm specializing in water and fire restoration as well as mold and asbestos abatement. We are currently seeking motivated, self-sufficient cleaners to clean residential and commercial buildings as well as affected content such as furniture, electronics, toys etc.

Primary responsibilities

• Sweep and mop floors.
• Clean buildings by removing debris, sweeping, and cleaning surfaces.
• Use cleaning solutions to remove stains and clean surfaces.
• Mix various cleaning agents.
• Clean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors, using soapy water or other cleaners, sponges, and squeegees.
• Clean furniture and scrub surfaces clean.
• Detail cleaning of small and large content
• Move heavy equipment and furniture
• Clean equipment.
• Identify and report necessary repairs.
• Use basic machinery to aid in cleaning efficiency
• Monitor building security and safety by performing such tasks as locking doors after operating hours.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)

Willingness to travel:

• 25% (Preferred)
