Position Description :   Clerical Support to all Jimcor offices.

The handling and processing of tasks as assigned.

  • Indexing of  workflows as assigned

Review paperwork received for assignment into the corresponding file and team assignment

  • Breakout paperwork into the correct folders and documents
  • Add additional tasks as needed based on requirements of the paperwork and workflow
  • Data Entry

    • Review applications and enter information into the database

    Follow detailed instruction for account placement

  • Retrieve data from online portal for entry into database
  • Additional workflows and / or tasks as directed by management

    • Requirements :

  • Solid organizational skills including : time-management, prioritization and attention to detail
  • Customer focused attitude and customer service skills
  • Basic Math Skills
  • Advanced familiarity with computers including basic knowledge of Microsoft Office products
  • Demonstrated initiative to complete assignments
  • Ability to work in a team environment to support overall profitability initiatives
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills
