Roofing Service Manager

Jimmy’s Roofing is a rapidly growing roofing services company with 3 branch locations across Washington and Oregon. We are seeking an experienced Service Manager with a passion for working with people to lead our Kirkland, WA branch location!

Minimum Qualifications:

• 3 years of Management experience in the Roofing industry.

• 5 or more years of experience working with Roofing materials and systems.

• Experience with Microsoft Office and basic computer functions.

• A valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record.

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Essential Functions:

• Provide first class customer service to new and existing customers.

• Lead, manage, and develop Field employees.

• Contribute to a positive work culture, and set the standard for a safe and productive workplace.

• Effectively schedule Field employees to assigned job locations, while helping to optimize the efficiency of their work day.

• Sell and estimate roofing service work and maintenance programs.

• Act as a back-up to project management and estimating teams.

• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Ability to work at heights on occasion.

• Ability to safely utilize a ladder and other tools/equipment.

• Ability to operate a computer and applicable software programs.

• Present with professionalism and be of good moral character.

• Ability to work as part of a team, and individually.

• Ability to problem solve, with a willingness to take on new tasks and continually learn.

Physical Requirements:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk or hear.
