We are seeking somone motivated with a growth mindset to cover Florida and join our amazing team. As a retail execution rep, you are very important to the company being in the field, making new impressions and building your market. This role is critical for the brands in store success and your ability to interact and form relationships with customers is a key part of this job.
Key Role and Responsibilities
This is an independent role that requires you to be in the field 100% of the time.
- Achieve sales goals, merchandising shelf to brand standards
- Travel to different retailers within your region that carry Jinx
- Identify potential customers within a designated geographical area
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients
- Understand and effectively communicate what our product offers and benefits to customers
- Collaborate with sales team and management to develop and implement new strategies

$25-$35 an hour
Salary : $25 - $35
