As a Host/Hostess at our establishment, you'll play a critical role in creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere that sets the tone for our guests' dining experience. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, presenting a positive first impression of our establishment's friendliness, excellent service, and high standards.
In this role, you'll greet guests with a friendly smile, inform them of their wait time, and manage our waiting list with ease. You'll also use our computer system to enter guest names and seat them promptly at their table. Throughout their meal, you'll engage our guests in natural conversation, ensuring they feel at home and well-cared for.
But that's not all - our Host/Hostess also plays a crucial role in maintaining a clean and tidy dining environment. You'll help to refill beverages, clean glasses and menus, and ensure our restrooms are clean, stocked, and orderly. And as a valued member of our energetic team, you may also need to answer phones and fill to-go orders when needed.
