JOB DESCRIPTION
We provide lawn maintenance services including mowing, pruning, landscaping, hardscaping, tree removal and weed control /fertilizing. During the winter you'll assist with snow plowing and removal operations. We believe in a strong culture that incentives efficiency. We are a growing company looking for members with a long term vision.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Ability to work in all weather conditions, including working in the hot sun, rain, and cold.
- Clean driving record
- Performance based motivation
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, in a safe manner, and at a consistent pace, while following company policies and procedures.
- Ability to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Must be able to read and follow instructions in English.
- Must be able to follow safety rules and procedures.
- Must be able to work as part of a team.
- Must be available for occasional overtime work.
- This position is physically demanding; therefore, the Crew Member must have the ability to perform the physical duties listed below prior to start time and participate in daily safety programs. The listed physical requirements include but are not limited to:
- Ability to lift 50 pounds or more on occasion.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, stoop, kneel, push pull pull walk/kneel for extended periods of time.
- Ability to repeatedly push pull w/dynamic lifting techniques (e.g., lifting objects weighing up to 50 lbs).
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 50 per week
