What are the responsibilities and job description for the Door Security position at JJ's Grill?

We are looking for an experienced Security Guard to join our team!
 
Responsibilities: 
  • Ensuring the safety of our staff and guests.
  • Can deal with aggressive behavior or disobedience with establishment rules.
  • Able to de-escalate situations. 
  • Able to stay alert and aware of surroundings. 
  • Check legal age of drinking guests.
  • Refuse entry for intoxicated persons.
Qualifications: 
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Ability to lift 30 lbs. 
  • Ability to work standing for 6 hours.
