We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Manufacturing Associate to support daily production operations. This role is responsible for assembling products, operating manufacturing equipment, and ensuring quality and safety standards are met. Key Responsibilities
- Operate production and manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently
- Assemble, inspect, package, or label products according to specifications
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines
- Perform basic quality checks to ensure product standards are met
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Meet daily production goals and deadlines
- Report equipment issues, defects, or safety concerns to supervisors
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Previous manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience is a plus (not required)
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to [XX] lbs throughout the shift
