What are the responsibilities and job description for the Day Porter position at JK Property Services?

Any applicants must have the ability to complete the following tasks:

Follows safety rules and procedures.
Completes daily duties with limited supervision and direction.
Follow the "JK Way" company procedures, policies, and rules.
Can be communitive with supervisors or managers .
Walk plenty
Always present yourself in a formal manner when speaking with supervisors, tenents, other employees and shoppers (if necessary)during work hours.
