As a Cook at JKJ Nuth LLC d/b/a Nifty Fifty’s, you will be required to prepare ingredients for meals in order to provide our guests with quality food. You assist with the overall meal experience of our guest. You will work hard at providing outstanding customer service and making our valued customers feel like a part of our Nifty’s family.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Prep, set up, and work the grill station
- Maintain product presentation, quality, portion, and cook time standards
- Practice sanitary and safe food handling in accordance to state board of health regulations
- Slice and chop meat, cheese, & other necessary food products
- Maintain proper food inventories in both the station and walk-in & freezer
- Communicate with servers/cashiers in a professional manner regarding customer orders
- Clean and sanitize the work area throughout the shift
- Clean, sanitize, and turn off equipment at the end of the night
- Complete daily and weekly cleaning projects
