Summary of Position: JL Family Services, Ltd is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to optimize treatments for our clients. The Clinical Supervisor will have regular, structured meetings with staff to discuss treatments and professional issues. The Clinical Supervisor will guide clinicians to assess clients’ mental health, develop suitable treatments, and make referrals. You will select, train, evaluate, discipline, and motivate staff. You will ensure the quality of clinical documentation. To be successful in this role you need to display strong leadership and make prudent decisions to maintain clinicians who can adequately fulfill clients’ treatment needs. Job Description:
- Ensure the Clinical team is compliant with licensure and registration requirements.
- Ensure compliance, accuracy and quality of clinical documentation while providing weekly supervision and assisting, when necessary, with complex cases.
- Maintain and meet with client group regularly to provide counseling, treatment, undefined support, and or adjust treatment plans as necessary; conducts assessments and track patient progress; maintain minimum client caseload.
- Diagnose and treat mental health disorders through individualized treatment plans according to patient needs and or circumstances.
- Refers patients to outside specialists and or agencies when necessary and or required.
- Follows all safety protocols, maintains client confidentiality, follows all HIPPA guidelines, and maintains thorough patient records.
- Contributes to practice by accomplishing related tasks.
- Promote and engage in positive and constructive teamwork through consistent interaction with clinicians and support staff.
- Additional duties and or responsibilities as required by management.
Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Psychology, or other related fields along with LCPC, LCSW, or PsyD required.
- Six months of Private Practice experience a required.
- Must be able to work a flexible schedule including Fridays and Saturdays periodically each week.
- Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to guide, direct and influence people.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Physical Requirements:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to use a phone, read, write, speak, and listen; utilize a computer for creating data, typing, sending, and receiving electronic communications. This position requires sitting for long periods of time, constant walking, and the use of hands and feet, reach with hands and arms may be required to lift up to 15 pounds with or without assistance.

Salary : $73,800 - $93,400
