Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage complex healthcare capital projects from inception through completion
- Develop and maintain relationships with healthcare clients to understand their facility needs
- Create and implement project delivery strategies aligned with healthcare regulatory requirements
- Manage project teams including architects, engineers, contractors, and internal staff
- Oversee project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance for healthcare facilities
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations including AHCA, FGI Guidelines, and Joint Commission standards
- Identify new business opportunities within the healthcare sector
- Mentor junior project managers and contribute to team development
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
- 10 years of experience managing healthcare construction projects
- Strong understanding of healthcare facility regulations and standards
- Proven track record of successful project delivery in healthcare environments
- Experience with capital planning and healthcare-specific project budgeting
- Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
- PMP certification preferred
- Healthcare-specific certifications (ACHA, CHC, LEED) advantageous
- Strategic thinking with deep healthcare industry knowledge
- Strong leadership and team management capabilities

Salary : $190,000 - $215,000
