- Oversee daily billing, collections, and customer account management
- Ensure accurate and timely invoice processing, including portal billing
- Supervise Billing Specialists, Customer Service, and Collections teams
- Work closely with customers to resolve invoicing issues
- Attend team meetings to enhance AR processes and efficiency
- Maintain records of cash receipts, credit card transactions, and account updates
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in accounts receivable, billing, or bookkeeping preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong attention to detail and communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment
