- DAY SHIFT - 7:30am to 4:00pm M-F
Responsibilities:
- Program Development: Utilize computer-aided manufacturing software to create CNC Machining Programs that enable the production of precision flight and tooling machined components.
- Data Management: Maintain CNC Program revision status and archive computer files according to procedures to ensure seamless operations.
- Documentation: Generate detailed tool lists and setup sheets for CNC Programs, providing clear instructions for machine operators.
- Feasibility Analysis: Analyze engineering data to assess the feasibility of product proposals and contribute to innovative solutions.
- Compliance: Follow engineering data control procedures, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- Proficiency in CAM software, including Mastercam and Verisurf.
- Expertise in ANSI Y14.5 Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective collaboration with internal teams, contractors, and vendors.
- Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to accuracy and quality.
- General level:Bachelor’s Degree plus 5 years’ experience, or a total of 10 years’ experience in the related field, or 5 years’ experience with 5-Axis.
- Senior level:Bachelor’s Degree plus 10 years’ experience, or a total of 15 years’ experience in the related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Extensive experience operating a CNC machine.
- Familiarity with a manufacturing environment.
- Strong experience with software such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, Creo, Catia, or NX.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $35.00 - $55.00 per hour
