Apartment maintenance position with growing company.
Looking for a candidate with experience in the industry who can work independently but also take direction well and switch gears with a moments notice.
Must have 2 years apartment maintenance experience, be experienced with move in and move out inspections, great with tenants and able to pass a background check. Excellent communication, computer and smart phone skills required.
