About the role
Join a dynamic IT compliance team ensuring robust SOX internal controls and process improvements across technology systems. Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance efficiency, maintain compliance, and support internal and external audit activities.
Responsibilities
• Work with process owners to assess existing processes and implement improvements that enhance efficiency, standardization, and automation, ensuring all modifications uphold SOX compliance and robust internal controls.
• Lead the design, implementation, and auditing of SOX ITGC, IPE, and ITACs.
• Serve as the primary liaison with internal and external audit teams.
• Ensure timely collection and organization of compliance documentation.
• Execute technology compliance activities, including risk assessments, privacy impact assessments, and security control testing.
• Identify, remediate, and monitor compliance gaps to drive continuous improvement.
• Develop, refine, and enforce IT compliance policies and standards.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5 years of experience with ITGC, IPE, and ITACs in a SOX compliance environment.
• Strong knowledge of SOX compliance frameworks and IT audit practices.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
• Proven ability to work effectively with internal teams and external auditors.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
• $90,000–$110,000/yr (W-2)
• Final salary within the posted range depends on qualifications and interview outcomes.
