What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Support Specialist (Hybrid) position at JMI Recruiting Services?
We are currently assisting our client, an industrial manufacturer, with a Sales Support search in the Stow, OH area. This is a hybrid position. The person would work three days in the office, and two day from a home office.
Responsibilities:
- Will be responsible for supporting the sales team with aftermarket parts and order processing
- Will coordinate lead times on products
- Will coomunicate with customers and internal colleagues to answer any questions regarding recent orders
Requirements:
- Has been in a Sales Support or similar role
- Strong background with Microsoft Office especially Excel
- Ability to multi-task
- Team Player
