Responsibilities
- Handle 10-20 Inbound service calls a day.
- Make 20-30 Outbound Lead Follow-up calls per day.
- Shop 3 renewals a day, assist with policy changes, and take payments from customers.
- Collect insurance documentation.
- Answer client questions, problem-solve, and follow up.
Requirements
- Property & Casualty License is required within six months of the hire date.
- 3 years of customer service or sales experience required.
- Strong computer and technical skills, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask.
- A team player who is a critical thinker and out-of-the-box problem solver.
Salary : $15 - $16
