JMT Staffing Solutions is representing a growing organization in the services and project-based operations space is seeking an Office Coordinator to serve as a key point of contact between clients, Project Managers, and internal teams. This role is responsible for ensuring clear, consistent, and professional communication while supporting day-to-day project coordination and administrative functions.This will be a part time (20-25 hours per week) temporary to hire opportunity to start, however, there is potential to expand to 40 hours per week for the right person.This position plays an important role in client satisfaction, operational efficiency, and overall project flow.Key Responsibilities:Client Communication & UpdatesAct as a primary communication liaison between clients and Project ManagersProvide regular job and project updates to clients via phone, email, and internal systemsRespond to client questions, concerns, and complaints with professionalism and empathyMaintain positive working relationships with clients, partners, and vendorsProject & Operations SupportWork closely with Project Managers to gather and relay accurate project updatesCoordinate material ordering and support internal production teams as neededEnsure timely and accurate flow of paperwork from job sites to administrationMaintain complete, organized, and up-to-date project filesAdministrative & CRM ManagementDocument all client communications, job updates, and project records in internal systemsMaintain project files including client details, job notes, authorizations, and insurance documentationEnsure required documentation is properly recorded and accessibleOffice & Team SupportAnswer incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriatelySchedule appointments, manage calendars, and resolve scheduling conflictsDistribute internal communications related to meetings, deadlines, and project updatesProvide positive support to team members and contribute to a collaborative office environmentRequired Skills & QualificationsRequired:High School Diploma or GEDValid driver’s license with a clean driving recordStrong organizational and multitasking abilitiesHigh attention to detail with solid problem-solving skillsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong customer service skills with the ability to communicate empatheticallyProficiency with computers and office management systemsExperience working with scheduling databases or CRM platformsAccurate data entry and typing skillsPreferred:Experience in construction, restoration, or a related service-based industryIndustry certifications (a plus, not required)Experience with CRM or job management platformsKnowledge of safety practices and industry standardsPlease apply today or call JMT Staffing at 781-558-2589 for immediate consideration.Company DescriptionOur mission is to provide Massachusetts companies and candidates with professional staffing solutions and employment opportunities in a timely and effective manner.
