We are looking for a Project Assistant to support day-to-day tasks, scheduling, and administrative needs for our compensation study and pay equity analysis. This role is ideal for someone organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn about HR, data analysis, and project management in a real-world setting.
- Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and organize project documents.
- Track project deadlines and deliverables, sending reminders and updates to the team.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and ensure clear documentation of action items.
- Assist in assembling data, proofreading documents, and creating basic Excel spreadsheets.
- Communicate with stakeholders to gather information and respond to inquiries.
- High school diploma or equivalent (Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree a plus).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Interest in HR, data analysis, or project management is highly desirable.
