We are seeking a Corporate General Counsel to become a part of our team and make a substantial impact by representing our corporation and executives in diverse legal proceedings, including trail, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal transactions. We are seeking a seasoned attorney with a passion for litigation and a keen eye for legal strategy. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in navigating complex legal matters, drafting essential documents, and providing insightful counsel to drive our business forward. The candidate will represent our corporation and executives in all types of legal proceedings, including trail, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal transactions. The ideal candidate has at least five years of litigation experience and would be expected to be able and willing to take a case through trial. This would be a hybrid job where the candidate can work remotely partially and partially in our office.
Position: Corporate General Counsel
Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court and before government agencies, ensuring effective advocacy.
- Prepare and draft legal documents, meticulously safeguarding our corporation's legal interests.
