JNR Adjustment Company is the #1 recovery agency in the US. Our MN office is located conveniently off highway 55 & 494. We provide financial recovery of damage claims to clients nationwide. Responsibilities:
- Phone calls and online investigative research
- Initiate calls, identify potential liability and move process towards successful payment
- Keep notes and records of phone conversations, call status and expected follow up
Qualifications:
- Previous collections experience preferred
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
- Attention to detail
- Solid listening, speaking, writing and grammar skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office, and good computer skills
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply
