Position: Registered Nurse
Location: Reports to the Health and Wellness Manager
Role Overview:
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a critical role in the medical care and treatment of our students. This position involves a high level of responsibility, including monitoring health standards and administering medical treatment in accordance with our commitment to fostering workplace readiness through excellent health practices.
Key Responsibilities:
- Monitor vital signs like temperature, blood pressure, pulse, and respiration rates.
- Administer medications and maintain accurate medical records.
- Dress wounds and utilize various medical equipment.
- Order drugs and medical supplies, and maintain inventory.
- Ensure a high standard of sanitary conditions.
- Participate in the physical examinations of new trainees.
- Maintain a safe and respectful environment for students and staff.

Requirements:
- State Registered Nurse’s License.
- Minimum of one year of experience as a practicing RN; two years preferred.
- Active, unrestricted license to practice in the state where the center is located.
- Valid State driver’s license with an acceptable driving record.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse student population.
Working Conditions and Environmental Demands:
- Primarily indoor work with occasional outdoor activities.
- Ability to handle moderate noise levels and work in varied temperature conditions.
