Job Description


Responsible for providing comprehensive audits to ensure programs and services are implemented at the highest standards and program participants receive the highest level of care..

  • Ensures Department of Labor and Equus policies and procedures are monitored and updated to include regulatory changes.
  • Records, compiles, and analyzes performance and compliance information to ensure quality.
  • Develops and implements continuous quality improvement processes.
  • Communicates effectively with program management using good judgment and diplomacy.
  • Clearly articulates and documents that staff are performing timely and accurate services according to operational procedures and processes.
  • Provides audit reports to manger and keeps management informed as to the status of program quality matters, including performance.
  • Perform Quality Assurance Checks on all applicant files.
  • Clearly communicates and consistently models appropriate CSS and employability skills.
  • Maintains accountability of staff, students, and property.
  • Adheres to safety practices in all areas of responsibility.
  • Fosters and sustains a conducive environment at the center, ensuring it remains free from harassment, intimidation, and disrespect, thereby ensuring a safe space for both staff and students to engage in work and learning.
  • Attends all required staff training opportunities.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field; or
  • Associate’s degree in human services, psychology, counseling, education, social science, communications, or closely related field, and two years related experience.
  • Experience working with diverse youth.
  • A valid driver’s license in the state of employment with an acceptable driving record
