We are looking for an ambitious and energetic individual eager to jump-start their career in sales and marketing. This is a full-time position based in our bustling office;

• Engage with potential customers to introduce our products and services, driving sales and contributing to our revenue growth.
• Understand customer needs and recommend products that best fit those needs, ensuring customer satisfaction.
• Conduct cold calls and follow-up calls to prospects to maintain high levels of customer interest.
• Assist in developing effective sales strategies and plans to meet or exceed monthly sales quotas.
• Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance sales skills and product knowledge.
• Prepare and present weekly and monthly sales reports detailing sales efforts and results to the management team.
• Maintain and update customer records and databases in accordance with company policies.
• Attend team meetings to discuss goals, progress, and ongoing projects.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand marketing goals and integrate sales strategies with marketing campaigns.
• Handle customer complaints and issues professionally and in a timely manner, ensuring customer retention and satisfaction.
• Stay informed about updates in our product line and industry trends that can impact sales effectiveness.
• Support the team in logistical and administrative tasks related to sales as needed.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales or marketing will be a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation as visiting client locations may be necessary.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective customer and team interactions.
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software platforms.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, able to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• High level of enthusiasm, motivation and determination to achieve goals and targets set.
• Aptitude for understanding and solving practical problems, ability to handle customer issues efficiently.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques that enhance sales and marketing performance.
• Physical stamina for regular fieldwork and capacity to manage workload during extended hours, if necessary.
