Duties and Responsibilities

• Assist in the cleaning and maintenance of carpets within residential and commercial settings.
• Operate professional carpet cleaning machinery and equipment with adherence to all safety guidelines.
• Prepare work sites by moving furniture and other items safely and efficiently to ensure thorough cleaning access.
• Apply stain-removing chemicals, following specific manufacturer directions, to enhance carpet appearance.
• Participate in on-going training sessions to improve skills and utilize new cleaning techniques.
• Maintain cleanliness and functionality of equipment, reporting any malfunctions or shortages to the supervisor immediately.
• Ensure all tasks meet quality standards and are completed in a timely manner, contributing to the overall customer satisfaction.
• Engage with clients in a friendly and professional manner, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns on-site.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient work flow and meet team targets.
• Attend team meetings, providing insights and feedback to help optimize cleaning processes.

Requirements
