Job Details
- 1 weekend of call coverage per month (24 hour call) - Friday 7am - Tuesday 7am
- BC/BE
- Support staff - 2 MDs, 3 PAs, 1 MA
- Call only, no clinic
- A Mixture of Cardiac and Thoracic cases.
- 0-2 cases per day
- ACLS and DEA required
- A Medical Degree from an accredited institution.
- Board Certification in Thoracic Surgery.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in Cardiothoracic Surgery with a caseload mix of both cardiac and thoracic procedures.
- Excellent diagnostic skills with a patient-centric approach to care.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively and efficiently in a fast-paced, dynamic healthcare environment.
- Current and valid license to practice medicine in the Minnesota.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
