Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
Manage month-end and year-end close processes and conduct regular audits.
Collaborate with teams to optimize financial processes and run payroll.
Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and staying abreast of industry changes.
Ensure compliance across various states.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or related field.
Three years of manufacturing industry accounting experience.
Proficiency in Quickbooks and NetSuite and strong knowledge of accounting principles.
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
CPA certification is an added advantage.
