Key Responsibilities
Technical Oversight Manage and execute audit engagements, ensuring compliance with professional and firm standards. Oversee financial reports, management letters, and tax returns.
Client Interaction Build and maintain client relationships, respond to inquiries, and identify opportunities for additional services. Lead client meetings and presentations.
Team Leadership Supervise and mentor audit teams, providing training and conducting performance evaluations. Distribute responsibilities effectively and support staff development.
Project Management Plan, schedule, and manage multiple audit engagements while monitoring budgets, timelines, and deliverables.
Practice Development Contribute to firm growth by identifying new business opportunities, participating in proposals, and networking.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting
- Active CPA license
- Minimum of 7 years of public accounting experience
- Strong leadership, analytical, and communication skills
