Responsibilities include:
Manage all aspects of financial reporting, accounting, & work with outside firm
Prepare all financial analysis and develop financial planning with management
Preparation and review of annual, monthly, and quarterly financial statements
Manage, report on job costing
Manage cash flow and banking
Ensure all tax filings, payments, and related administration is accurately documented and filed
Manage accounting and HR/payroll staff as well as outside office vendors such as IT

Responsibilities include:

Requirements/Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting required, CPA or MBA preferred.
- 5 years’ experience in public accounting or previous management / controller experience
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Good organizational and time-management skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Self-starter who is able also to able to work collaboratively and able to direct others.
- Knowledge and experience with accounting software – Foundation Software a plus.
- Thorough knowledge of MS Office Suite Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), with a proficiency in Excel.
