Salary $75,000 - $150,000 per year

Our client is a boutique law firm, focused on Matrimonial, Family Law, and DYFS Parental Defense (DCPP Defense).
Why join us?
The billable Hour Requirement is 1700
Position- Hybrid (primarily remote, maybe 3-4 times a year the team gets together)
Need to be able to appear in Court in NJ
Bonus structure is Commission Based at 15-20% with a discretionary year end bonus.
CLE/Bar Dues/Mileage and Parking covered by employer
Benefits include Insurance, FSA, 401k

Job Details
Qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admitted to the New Jersey State Bar and in good standing.
- 5 years of experience practicing Family Law (and Estate Planning is a plus).
- Trial experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in handling sensitive Family Law matters with discretion
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
