Job Details
- Operating and maintaining forming machines to meet production goals.
- Adjusting machine settings to control speeds and temperature, ensuring optimal performance.
- Utilizing forming techniques to shape plastic materials into specified forms.
- Monitoring the production process and reporting any deviations or issues to the supervisor.
- Ensuring strict adherence to safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe working environment.
- Conducting regular inspections of machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation and prevent malfunctions.
- Collaborating with the production team to improve processes and product quality.
- Reading and interpreting blueprints and diagrams to ensure products are formed according to specifications.
- Performing routine maintenance tasks, such as cleaning and lubricating machinery.
- Documenting production data, including quantity, type, and specifications of materials produced.
