We are seeking a competent and experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team in the construction industry. As a HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing our clients' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that our HVAC systems are functioning at optimal levels, providing comfort and efficiency for our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.

We are seeking a competent and experienced HVAC Technician to join our growing team in the construction industry. As a HVAC Technician, you will play a crucial role in installing, maintaining, and repairing our clients' heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that our HVAC systems are functioning at optimal levels, providing comfort and efficiency for our clients. This is a full-time, permanent position that offers competitive compensation, benefits, and the opportunity to work in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Install, service, and repair heating and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial settings.
- Troubleshoot and repair HVAC/R equipment, wiring, and controls.
- Conduct regular preventive maintenance inspections of refrigeration units, isolated heating and ventilating units, including boilers, gas and electrically operated air conditioning equipment, and make necessary adjustments or repairs.
- Service and repair evaporative coolers, roof-top package units, split systems, boilers, commercial refrigeration, chillers, and other HVAC equipment.
- Work closely with the project management team to ensure projects are completed on time and on budget.
- Maintain accurate documentation of all installation, service, and repair work completed each day.
- Schedule and complete routine preventative maintenance.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area, and ensure all tools are in good working condition.
- Comply with all applicable standards, policies, and procedures, including safety procedures and the maintenance of a clean work area.
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, ensuring their comfort and satisfaction.
- At least 5 years of experience as an HVAC Technician.
- EPA Certification is mandatory.
- Comprehensive knowledge of the principles, methods, and techniques used in the installation, maintenance, and repair of HVAC systems.
- Proficient in troubleshooting HVAC/R equipment, wiring, and controls.
- Ability to repair and maintain HVAC equipment, including air conditioners, furnaces, and other related equipment.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills.
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Must be able to handle a physical workload, including lifting heavy equipment and working in confined spaces.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
