Overseeing all vouchering activities to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and procedures.2. Managing payroll processing and ensuring that all employees are paid accurately and on time.3. Handling check disbursements and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.4. Managing cash receipts and ensuring that all funds are properly accounted for.5. Providing expert financial advice to senior management to aid in strategic decision-making and planning.6. Assisting with the preparation of financial reports and statements.7. Conducting regular audits to ensure financial compliance.8. Collaborating with various departments to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.Qualifications:1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.2. At least 5 years of experience in an accounting role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.3. Proficient in vouchering, payroll processing, check disbursements, and cash receipts.4. Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations.5. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.6. High level of accuracy and attention to detail.7. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.9. Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.Interested in hearing more?
